Connecting a Tableau Server running in your internal network behind a firewall

If you're having trouble connecting your Tableau Server, it's probably because your server runs inside your company network and a firewall prevents a connection from outside.

In order to use Kiwi, ask your IT admin to whitelist our servers to allow a connection between Tableau and Kiwi.

The following static IPs are used by Kiwi to connect and need to be whitelisted:

  • 52.210.29.154 and

  • 52.212.118.33 (SSL Port 443 and Port 80)

Once this is done, you should be able to use Kiwi without limitations.

If your IT department needs more information about our security, you can send them our Security Overview.

Please get in touch if you have any problems or questions and we will make sure to help you.
